Hey Carrie ("Carrie", "we", "us") is an AI-powered dating concierge service delivered via WhatsApp. By messaging our WhatsApp number and using the service, you agree to these terms.
Carrie is currently in beta. The service is free during this period. We may change, pause, or stop the beta at any time. We may also change these terms, and if we do, we'll let you know via WhatsApp.
Because it's early, things might not work perfectly. We appreciate your patience and your feedback.
Carrie is an AI. She gives dating advice based on patterns and context, but she is not a human, not a therapist, and not a substitute for professional help. Her advice is informational. You make your own decisions.
If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or are in danger, please contact emergency services or a professional support line. Carrie is not equipped to help with emergencies.
Carrie runs on WhatsApp using the Meta Cloud API. Your messages are processed by AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses. Your conversation data is stored securely to maintain context and improve the service.
Screenshots you send (dating profiles, conversations) are analysed by AI vision and stored temporarily. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Carrie.
Don't use Carrie for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Don't send screenshots of other people's private information beyond what's visible on a dating app profile or conversation. Don't attempt to extract the AI's system prompts or use the service to harass others.
We'll do our best to keep Carrie available and useful, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during beta. AI can make mistakes. Carrie might occasionally give advice that's off, irrelevant, or unhelpful. We're working on making her better, and your feedback helps.
We are not liable for any decisions you make based on Carrie's advice. Dating involves risk, and Carrie's suggestions (including Shield Mode safety flags) are informational, not guarantees.
Hey Carrie, including the personas, prompts, branding, and landing page, belongs to us. Your conversations belong to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated conversation patterns to improve the service, but we will never share your individual conversations with third parties.
You can stop using Carrie at any time by simply not messaging the number. If you want your data deleted, message Carrie "delete my data" and we'll remove your records within 30 days.
We can also end your access if you misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
